To ensure a completely premium shopping experience for our customers, all eligible returns are 100% Free. Aeropour will fully cover the cost of return shipping by providing a prepaid label. There are absolutely no restocking fees, no hidden charges, or handling fees applied to your return.

4. How to Initiate a Return Process

 Step 2: If your return request is approved, our operations team will email you a prepaid return shipping label along with detailed tracking instructions.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

6. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

 Approval: Once approved, we will automatically trigger a full refund back to your original payment method. We guarantee that all qualified refunds will be processed and initiated within 10 business days from the day we receive your returned package.
 Bank Delays: Please note that your financial institution or credit card company may take an additional 3–5 business days to clear and post the funds to your account statement.
