At Aeropour, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. To give you peace of mind, we offer a highly transparent and customer-friendly return process.


1. 30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have exactly 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return.

2. Return Eligibility

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

3. 100% Free Returns (No Return Shipping Fees)

To ensure a risk-free shopping experience for our United States customers, returns are  Free. Aeropour will fully cover the cost of return shipping. There are absolutely no restocking fees or hidden charges applied to returns.

4. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our support team via email at support@aeropour.shop. Please include your Order Number (e.g., #1001) and the reason for the return.
  2. If your return is accepted, our team will email you a prepaid return shipping label, along with detailed instructions on how and where to drop off your package.
  3. Print the prepaid label, secure it to your return package, and drop it off at the designated carrier location. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at support@aeropour.shop with supporting photos or short videos. We will evaluate the issue and arrange a free replacement or full refund immediately.

6. 10-Day Refund Processing

  • Inspection: Once your return package is received at our facility, our team will inspect the product within 2 business days to confirm its eligibility.
  • Approval & Timeline: Once approved, we will automatically trigger a full refund back to your original payment method. We guarantee that all refunds will be processed and initiated within 10 business days from the day we receive your returned item.
  • Bank Delays: Please note that your bank or credit card company may take an additional 3–5 business days to clear and post the funds to your account.
