Our delivery timeline is split into two parts: processing time and transit time.
- Order Handling / Processing Time: 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders are verified, quality-checked, and packaged during this window. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day.
- Transit / Shipping Time: 7–13 business days (Monday to Friday) for standard delivery within the United States.
- Total Estimated Delivery Time: 8–16 business days from the moment your payment is confirmed.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched from our facility, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to trace your package. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's system.
