We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have exactly 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return.
2. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a successful return and full refund, the item must meet the following criteria:
- The product must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original product packaging.
- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase (such as your Shopify order confirmation email).
3. 100% Free Returns (No Return Shipping Fees)
To ensure a risk-free shopping experience for our United States customers, returns are Free. Aeropour will fully cover the cost of return shipping. There are absolutely no restocking fees or hidden charges applied to returns.
4. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our support team via email at support@aeropour.shop. Please include your Order Number (e.g., #1001) and the reason for the return.
- If your return is accepted, our team will email you a prepaid return shipping label, along with detailed instructions on how and where to drop off your package.
- Print the prepaid label, secure it to your return package, and drop it off at the designated carrier location. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at support@aeropour.shop with supporting photos or short videos. We will evaluate the issue and arrange a free replacement or full refund immediately.
6. 10-Day Refund Processing
